Conference attendees will learn how to identify key performance indicators in the Parts and Service area of their business. These indicators will include measurements that impact customer service and effective management of profitability.
This conference will provide you with the tools and strategies needed to develop an action plan for improving your Parts and Service departments’ customer service and profitability. This seminar will also help Parts and Service Managers gain a better understanding of the role and impact their respective departments have on their mutual success and profitability.
This conference will focus on open discussions and specific topics relevant to your dealership. The value in this conference is the sharing of ideas built upon a structured presentation that keeps the program on course but allows the flexibility for participants to ask questions and learn best practices from the knowledge of the group.
Who Should Attend?
MHEDA University brings this educational program to you. Registration fee includes: admittance to the program, handout material binder, program CD, two breakfasts, two lunches and all refreshments.
