Instructions for members to edit your
company profile in MHEDA's Online Directory

Did you know that customers visit MHEDA's website daily in search of companies in the material handling business?  MHEDA's online Member Directory is easy to use and can be searched many ways. From searching for a product by type to locating a product in a certain state, MHEDA's Member Directory does it all. Is your listing correct and can customers find you?

If you've never used the online directory, take a moment and search your own company and see exactly what others are seeing about your company.

Go to Member Directory  and follow the prompts. If you are unhappy with what you see, follow the steps below to update your information.

Only MHEDA members are listed in this directory. It's very important to keep the information about your company correct and current. MHEDA's website gets many visits per month and potential customers could miss you if they can't find you.

How to update your company profile listing.

 

Step 1 - go to www.mheda.org and click on Member Login on the home page.

Step 2 -

  • Type your company name in the appropriate box. Usually typing only the first word of your company name is sufficient. Note: This field is case sensitive. 
  • Type your Member ID/password in the appropriate box. Forgot your password?  Use the password request link or call (847) 680-3500 during regular business hours. 
  • Click login.

Step 3 - Once you enter the Members Only section, click on Edit My Profile.

The next screen that appears will contain specific company information including names, email addresses, street addresses, etc.  Scroll through this page and verify that all information is correct.  If not, make the necessary changes.  Then edit your products by clicking the button at the bottom of this page, Edit Your Products

 

 

Step 4 - Review the list of manufacturers and products associated with your company. If changes need to be made, use either the Delete or Edit buttons.

Use the Delete button to:   
• automatically remove the manufacturer and product information.

Use the Edit button to:
• change the manufacturer's name
using a drop down list

• edit or delete products for the manufacturer

• add new products to your listing.

Simply follow the prompts when making changes.

 

 

Step 5 - You're Finished.  To save your changes:

  • click the save button
  • scroll to the bottom of the Edit Profile page and click Save and Exit button

That's it.  A report is generated automatically and sent to the MHEDA office which allows us to keep our internal database up to date with current information for your company.

Unfortunately, MHEDA will NOT receive notification of changes made to your "Product Listing". We recommend that you email Product Listing changes to connect@mheda.org.
